The Best Western Annual Convention will feature three keynote speakers who aim to inspire with their motivational stories of tragedy, adversity and success. Members will be able to learn how to overcome hurdles and discover new motivational methods to become better businesspeople.

The three keynote speakers include Allana Corbin, survivor of a tragic plane crash which took away her ability to walk; David Staughton also known as “Big Dave” who specialises in changing mindsets; and James Castrission and Justin Jones; two mates who conquered the ferocious Tasman by kayak.

Rob Anderson, chief executive at Best Western Australasia said, “Our members attending convention will benefit from these great speakers and fantastic stories – whether it encourages positive thinking or learning new techniques for business profitability.

“Our members will also benefit from workshops on sales and marketing and revenue management; networking events with suppliers as well as the social aspect of convention – meeting other Best Western members and learning from their experiences” he added.
The Best Western Annual Convention runs from 1-4 August 2010 at Crown Conference Centre, Melbourne.
